CHANGE OF HEART? We hope you love every piece as much as we do, but if something doesn’t fit the way you had hoped we want to know.
IN STORE: You may return the item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund within 10 days of purchasing.
ONLINE: If for some reason your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please keep in mind due to limited inventory, not all items will be eligible for exchange for exact item. Just ship back the item within the 14 days of receiving it and forward the tracking number via email. It is that easy. After 14 days we are unable to accept returns.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please email your tracking number to customercare@urbandesignhouse.com so we know to look out for it. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
