How it works: At the time of purchase you will receive an instant download via email. This download is a Client Questionnaire to help get to know you and your project better. Please fill out the questionnaire in its entirety to email it back to customercare@urbandesignhouse.com. Once the questionnaire is received we will set up a time to “meet” via Zoom and discuss your project, your wants/needs, and the design solutions. Please allow 3-5 days from our meeting, to receive your designs.  

The main goal is for you to LOVE your design, each design package includes 3 design iterations, if needed. Any more than 3, may be subject to an additional cost.
